Housing First

Committed to affordable homes for every Baltimore family in District 41.

Affordable homes + Smart building

Housing is a right. Affordable housing is a right. We have to make smarter, more innovative decisions when it comes to housing. We have to make sure there is less friction in the permitting process. We need to make sure the city and state have the staff in place to make it easier to build in our neighborhoods.

How will I put housing first?

We cannot solve Baltimore's housing crisis without protecting the people who already live here. We need both new construction AND improving existing housing stock —a comprehensive approach that creates affordability for current AND future residents.

I will focus on practical, community-driven policies that balance growth and affordability across the city.
