My name is Matthew Menter. I am running for delegate of District 41 because I care about this city, this state, and how it can improve.

While I am an outsider to Baltimore city politics, I have worked with organizations across the city to ensure they prosper. And by being an outsider, I have a different view of what can be done and how it can improve. I have run a business here, built a life here, built a community here.

I am vice chair for the Maryland Dems DLC. I have helped people struggling with addiction, people struggling with homelessness. I have helped raise money for city schools, raised money for pro bono law centers, rehab facilities, and religious organizations across the city.

I knocked on the doors and cold called for Angela Alsobrooks in her 2024 US Senate Campaign. I know how to work with people, how to reach people, how to build and coordinate a message, how to talk to different communities, and bring a voice to those who are voiceless.
